2-3 Ounces of cheese
4-6 slices of meat
1/8-1/4 Cup of fruit
2-3 Tablespoons of nuts
1/8 Cup of olives or pickles
1 TBSP Honey or Jam
7-10 slices of bread or crackers (except in cups)
